Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- physical ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds, push and pull loaded carts
- strong interpersonal skills

- adherence to safety policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Serve guests with the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner
- ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere in the concierge area
- visually check work, work area, and hotel space for cleanliness and safety
- communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- handle conflict situations professionally
- lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds
- stock low and high cabinets and operate food carts as needed
