Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • physical ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds, push and pull loaded carts
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • professional and courteous demeanor
  • adherence to safety policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of English and local language
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, supervisors, and associates
  • ability to handle conflict situations professionally

Job Duties

  • Serve guests with the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner
  • ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere in the concierge area
  • visually check work, work area, and hotel space for cleanliness and safety
  • communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
  • handle conflict situations professionally
  • lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • stock low and high cabinets and operate food carts as needed
