Job Requirements
- Part-time availability averaging 26-30 hours per week
- ability to work AM and PM shifts seven days a week
- ability to verbally communicate effectively
- ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift 30 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, push, and pull loaded food carts
- knowledge of safety procedures and adherence
- excellent customer service skills
- professional appearance conforming to dress code
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of English and local language
- ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
- ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates
- ability to handle conflict situations in a professional manner
- be well groomed and conform to the hotel's dress code policy
Job Duties
- Ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere in the concierge area
- serve all guests providing the highest level of service in an efficient and courteous manner
- verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- perform prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
- visually check work, work area, and hotel space
- lift a minimum of 30 pounds
- bend, stoop, lift, push, pull a loaded food cart
- stock low cabinets as well as high cabinets
