Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong guest service orientation with a welcoming and professional demeanor
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and perform routine tasks consistently
  • reliable problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • physical capability to assist guests by lifting and carrying belongings
  • discretion and attentiveness when handling sensitive guest needs or information

Job Duties

  • Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment
  • make reservations, secure tickets, and arrange transportation and travel details
  • handle VIP requests, including special product orders and turndown services
  • arrange for laundry, cleaning, and repair services for guests' belongings
  • assist with administrative tasks, including authorizing credit applications
  • facilitate the sending and receiving of guest packages
  • act as host for morning coffee service and create warm guest interactions
  • report suspicious behavior to hotel security to maintain a safe environment
  • consistently greet guests in a professional, friendly manner to elevate their experience
  • perform additional duties as assigned to support the Front Office team
  • other duties as assigned
