Job Requirements
- No specific level of education required
- Ability to read and write English
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Ability to work any seven days of the week, 52 weeks a year
- Ability to work scheduled hours consistently
- Ability to work overtime when requested
- Willingness to travel for training or other community work
- Ability to accept and learn from constructive criticism
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Must demonstrate tact and diplomacy
- Must be team oriented but able to work independently on occasion
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to use Outlook
- Basic internet knowledge
Job Qualifications
