Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform routine tasks consistently
  • Reliable problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical capability to assist guests by lifting and carrying belongings
  • Discretion and attentiveness when handling sensitive guest needs or information

Job Duties

  • Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment
  • Make reservations, secure tickets, arrange transportation and travel details
  • Handle VIP requests including special product orders and turndown services
  • Arrange for laundry, cleaning, and repair services for guests' belongings
  • Assist with administrative tasks including authorizing credit applications
  • Facilitate the sending and receiving of guest packages
  • Act as host for morning coffee service and create warm guest interactions
  • Report suspicious behavior to hotel security to maintain a safe environment
  • Consistently greet guests in a professional, friendly manner to elevate their experience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Front Office team
  • Other duties as assigned
