- 2-4 years concierge, front desk, or customer service experience
- availability to work a flexible schedule including any day of the week and weekends

- ability to ensure resident and property safety

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents and their guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- manage the front desk operations including answering telephone calls and taking messages
- monitor surveillance cameras to ensure property safety
- ensure non-residents are approved by the resident or management office
- contact police department when necessary
- provide exemplary customer service to residents
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
