Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, providing prompt assistance
- Deliver exceptional business and concierge services, guiding members to destinations and creating memorable experiences
- Inform members and guests about club services, amenities, and upcoming events
- Assist with member communications including social media efforts and newsletters
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
- Support member experience initiatives by promoting club offerings and assisting with key projects
- Manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services
- Conduct proactive phone calls to confirm member reservations
- Oversee the reservation process ensuring accurate booking details and timely confirmations
- Actively promote upcoming events and assist in event registration and follow-ups
- Contribute to member experience initiatives including website calendar updates and message-on-hold management
- Document all member interactions and outreach efforts in the M360 system
- Create and update events and information on the MemberFirst platform
- Prepare and print personalized welcome tents, birthday, and anniversary cards
- Maintain up-to-date member profiles with preferences and special occasions
- Communicate member allergies or dietary restrictions to restaurant teams
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, workstation, and surrounding areas
- Ensure supplies are well-stocked
- Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks assigned by management
- Follow all policies, procedures, and instructions
- Maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Follow safe working practices
- Take initiative in personal and professional growth
- Address challenges working with regional and corporate teams
- Attend daily briefings and participate actively in team activities.
