Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or related customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending
- Effective communication skills with visual acuity
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
- Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, providing prompt assistance
- Deliver exceptional business and concierge services to members and guests
- Inform members and guests about club services, amenities, upcoming events, and room locations
- Assist with member communications, including social media efforts, newsletters, and event announcements
- Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
- Manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services
- Conduct proactive phone calls to confirm member reservations
- Promote upcoming events and assist in event registration and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate member profiles and communicate allergies or dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and workstation
- Contribute to member experience initiatives including website calendar updates and message-on-hold management
- Document all interactions in the M360 system
- Prepare personalized welcome tents, birthday, and anniversary cards
- Assist others as needed and follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Attend daily briefings and engage in required activities
