Job Requirements

  • minimum age requirement as per state law to handle alcohol and obtain ABC card where applicable
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service
  • excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with guests
  • basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
  • ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • background check clearance if required
  • legal authorization to work in the country
  • flexibility to work varying event schedules

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry is advantageous
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • responsible and reliable work ethic
  • willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • adhere to cash handling policies and procedures including proper operation of POS terminals cash registers collecting money from guests and giving accurate change processing credit card transactions accordingly and balancing register at end of shift
  • accurately take orders and assist guests in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain a clean and orderly food service environment during operation and at end of shift following sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies focusing on both public areas and back of house
  • rotate food items on display to ensure the display is visually pleasing and high-quality products are served
  • assist with inventory product rotation and date labeling to ensure fresh products are readily available for preparation
  • collect trash on property between and after shows
  • provide leadership with guest feedback on both service and products
  • employees who meet legal age requirements with state-required ABC cards may sell alcohol ensuring responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and company policies requesting proper ID and verifying legal drinking age per company policy
  • must be familiar with emergency evacuation procedures and assist in quickly moving guests and employees as defined by protocol
  • perform other duties as assigned
