Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or related customer service role preferred
- Skilled in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to walk the property and handle packages and deliveries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure
- Willingness to work weekend shifts from 3pm to 11pm
Job Qualifications

- 1+ years of related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant preferred
- Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations and monitor foot traffic
- Provide top-notch customer service and personalized assistance to residents and prospects
- Implement programs to improve resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to enhance move-in and move-out processes
- Serve as a point of contact offering information and recommendations
- Handle phone communications and written correspondence professionally
- Organize packages, maintenance requests, and escalate issues appropriately
