Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's Permit
- Previous experience in food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to think on feet and remain calm under pressure
- Capable of standing for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to guests
- Engage with customers to learn their preferences and build rapport
- Educate guests about coffee and tea regions, flavors, and blends
- Take orders and communicate them accurately to the team
- Maintain inventory by replenishing coffee beans, food supplies, and brewing equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to health and safety standards while handling food and beverages
