Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Non-Gaming License
- Extended periods of standing and walking, with flexibility for bending, stooping, and twisting during service
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds frequently
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate verbally in English
- Ability to work in a smoking environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must complete RAMP certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to successfully complete RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) course
- Adhere to Cut Off Procedures

- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
Job Duties
- Provide efficient, courteous, and professional beverage service to all casino customers
- Retrieve empty glasses and ensure their proper placement
- Assist in the preparation of drink orders, including icing glasses and garnishing drinks
- Manage assigned area by taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, and handling payments
- Maintain a clean station consistently, and perform designated side work duties
- Uphold standards by setting examples with your appearance and work ethic
- Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously
- Facilitate clear communication between shifts
- Maintain a thorough awareness of safety protocols and prevent accidents, reporting any incidents immediately to the supervisor
- Flexibility to work across all shifts
