Job Duties
- Greet clients warmly including pets
- assist with reception tasks such as processing payments and managing insurance claims
- schedule and book appointments
- answer phone calls and client inquiries
- maintain a calm, welcoming and pet-friendly reception area
- support clinical staff by ensuring seamless client communication
- handle emotional situations with empathy and composure
