Job Requirements
- Experience working with school-age children in recreational program or childcare education setting
- Assertive and confident with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to make independent decisions on issues that do not require oversight
- Prioritize critical tasks over routine ones
- Multitask and meet deadlines
- Adapt smoothly to rapidly shifting work priorities and schedules
- Travel up to 100% of the workday across assigned programs
- Perform program duties in ratio up to 100% of the workday
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds for 25% or less of the workday
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 25% or less of the workday
- Stand, sit, walk, or move around for prolonged periods
- Talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for 100% of workday
- Meet Nevada state-specific requirements including First Aid and CPR in-person, Mandated Reporter training, health certificate with negative TB test, age 18 or older
- High school diploma
- Cleared background check with fingerprinting (State, Federal & CANNS)
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with school-age children in recreational or childcare settings
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
- Ability to independently prioritize critical tasks and make decisions
- Adaptability to shifting work priorities and schedules
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Mandated Reporter training completion
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Provide coaching, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback to program team members
- Audit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with licensing, Right At School, and district-specific policies
- Support safety and security plans established by Area Manager
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Develop strong relationships with school administration, parents, and PTA organizations
- Maintain team schedules and communicate changes
- Coordinate and execute educational marketing and district events
- Review and analyze enrollment data and timekeeping records
- Report regularly to Area Manager on program, site, and staff performance
- Maintain accurate records
- Administer light first aid when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
