Job Requirements
- Ability to meet state-specific Nevada requirements
- First aid and CPR in-person certification
- Completion of mandated reporter training
- Health certificate with a negative TB test
- Minimum age 18 years
- High school diploma
- Cleared background check with fingerprinting (state, federal, and CANNS)
- Experience working with school-age children in a recreational or childcare setting
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize tasks
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% of the workday
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 15 pounds
- Ability to perform physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, and walking for prolonged periods

- Experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or child care center/education setting
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to stand, sit, walk, or move for prolonged periods
- Ability to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, and reason for the entire workday
Job Duties
- Provide coaching, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback to Right At School program team members
- Audit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with all relevant Right At School, licensing, and district-specific processes, policies, and expectations
- Support the Area Manager's established plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of children during the Right At School program
- Support the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all newly hired team members
- Develop strong relationships with school administration, parents, and/or PTA organizations to ensure successful delivery of programs and customer satisfaction
- Maintain team schedule and communicate changes with relevant parties
- Coordinate and execute educational marketing and district events for assigned areas
- Review and analyze enrollment, timekeeping, and file maintenance data and take appropriate actions
- Report regularly to the Area Manager on program, site, and staff performance
- Maintain accurate records
- Administer light first aid when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
