We are a dedicated organization that supports the Early Childhood Division by providing essential program support and management through a dynamic and fast-paced administrative position. Job Requirements
- Spanish bilingual required
- two years related secretarial experience and/or training that could provide the required knowledge
- knowledge of office practices
- personal qualities to relate to staff, parents, and the public
- the ability to work independently and make decisions without constant guidance or prompting

Job Duties
- Serves as attendant for telephone system including answering/screening calls, respond to inquiries, relay messages
- serves as attendant for door security system (monitoring who is entering the building)
- provide translation for Spanish speaking parents
- operates personal computers and office machines
- meets and greets parents, family members and community representatives
- maintain appointment calendar including intake appointments
- prepares letters, forms, and documents
- assists with enrollment
- participates in scheduled staff conferences and meetings
- maintains database for program requirements
- notifies appropriate people of meetings
- assists with children when needed
