Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- must have minimum of three years of experience in food prep and or food service position
- must have working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- must have experience supervising and training personnel in proper food service techniques
- must possess the ability to work independently and supervise others without direct supervision
- must have the proven ability to be a self starter
- must have the proven ability to demonstrate creativity
- must have proven ability to work with people at all levels in a professional friendly and helpful manner
- must have the ability to manage numerous details in a multiple priority and fast paced environment
- must be able to write and communicate effectively in English
- must be well organized and attentive to detail
- must be able to exert fast paced mobility
- must be able to bend stoop and stand for four hours at a time
- must be able to visually differentiate colors for the purpose of food safety
- must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and do occasional heavy physical labor
- must be able to work nights and weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule
- must possess certification in managerial ServSafe or obtain within one year of hire
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee catering staff at multiple locations
- ensure execution of events according to guest specifications
- supervise event setup, delivery, and service
- manage inventory and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
- supervise retail operations including bar services
- train and supervise personnel in food service techniques
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
