Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in a similar role dealing with high volume calls
- Administrative experience preferred
- Switchboard experience in a high volume call center or customer service environment preferred

Job Duties
- Answer all calls in a timely manner, screening and forwarding as applicable
- Greet all employees, clients and visitors, ensuring the correct booking in procedures are followed
- Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection policies
- Assist in department projects & general administrative duties that can be performed without impacting call flow
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
- Assist with taxi and/or train travel arrangements for employees, clients and visitors where appropriate
- Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail including arranging couriers as required
- Arrange refreshments for business meetings which may include organizing light lunches
