- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- provide experience excellence for guests in their respective location
- assist guests with purchases, inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a kind demeanor
- complete tasks delegated from the daily checklist ensuring each task is done
- perform assigned cleaning and merchandising tasks on the sales floor
- maintain a consistent positive presence for guests
- protect guest information including rewards, payment, and identification information
- follow all security protocols for guest and team safety
- communicate positively with team members to maintain supportive working environment
- help foster store culture that services guests beyond expectations
- resolve customer issues effectively
- maintain consistent attendance and communicate absences in advance
- execute brand standards as developed and communicated by company leadership
- help communicate and educate brand standards to the team
- uphold company dress code, grooming, and hygiene standards
- actively participate in daily store operations
- uphold store quality and safety standards
- promote positive team mindset and accountability
