Job Duties
- Provide experience excellence for guests in their respective location
- Take care of guests with purchases, inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a kind demeanor
- Complete tasks delegated from the daily checklist and ensure each task is complete
- Perform assigned cleaning and merchandising tasks on the sales floor
- Maintain a consistent positive presence for guests
- Protect guest information including rewards, payment, and identification data
- Follow all security protocols for guest and team safety
- Communicate positively with team members to maintain a supportive working environment
- Foster a store culture that services guests beyond their expectations
- Resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain consistent attendance and communicate absences proactively
- Execute brand standards as communicated by company leadership
- Uphold company dress code and grooming standards
- Actively participate in daily store operations to maintain consistency
- Communicate and uphold store quality and safety standards
