Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
complete company's training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
ability to stand and walk regularly
use hands to finger, handle, or feel
reach with hands and arms
talk or hear
occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds
possess close vision and depth perception
able to work in environments with moderate noise
occasionally exposed to wet, humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
at least 16 years of age

Job Duties

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs
