Job Requirements

at least 16 years of age
complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
ability to stand and walk regularly
ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
ability to handle exposure to wet or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
ability to communicate effectively in English
ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching

Job Qualifications

ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions in English
willingness to complete required training
ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
basic mathematical skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers

Job Duties

take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
follow correct bagging procedures
provide carryout and parcel pickup service
load merchandise into customer vehicles
return shopping carts into the store
participate in required training
