Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Willingness to participate in and complete company training
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Possess basic English reading and writing skills
- Availability for part-time schedule
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Physical capability to perform duties including reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to work in environments with moderate noise and occasional exposure to wet conditions or fumes
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- Completion of company training including orientation, customer service, safety, bagging skills, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Follow correct bagging procedures
- Provide carryout and parcel pickup services
- Load merchandise into customer vehicles
- Return shopping carts to the store
- Participate in and successfully complete required training
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
