Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed
- Ability to work in occasionally wet, humid, or cold environments
- Completion of company training including safety and product knowledge
- Willingness to work part-time hours

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to present information effectively one-on-one and in small groups
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers

Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Follow correct bagging procedures
- Provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- Load merchandise into customer vehicles
- Return shopping carts into the store
- Participate in and complete required training to improve customer satisfaction and sales
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
