Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands frequently
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
Ability to work in wet, humid, or varying temperature conditions
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to follow detailed oral or written instructions
Must complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
Willingness to participate in training and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales

Job Duties

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
Follow correct bagging procedures
Provide carryout and parcel pickup service
Load merchandise into customer vehicles
Return shopping carts into the store
Participate in and complete required training
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
