Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and balancing
- Ability to follow instructions and solve problems involving few variables
- Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities
- Ability to work in wet, humid, or cold conditions occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks required by the job
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Follow correct bagging procedures
- Provide carryout and parcel pickup services
- Load merchandise into customer vehicles
- Return shopping carts to the store
- Complete required training including safety and product knowledge
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
