Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age
Complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and balancing
Ability to follow instructions and solve problems involving few variables
Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities
Ability to work in wet, humid, or cold conditions occasionally

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence in English
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks required by the job
Must be at least 16 years of age

Job Duties

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations
Follow correct bagging procedures
Provide carryout and parcel pickup services
Load merchandise into customer vehicles
Return shopping carts to the store
Complete required training including safety and product knowledge
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
