Job Requirements

associates must be at least 16 years of age
complete company's training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk and hear, and smell regularly
ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
able to reach from 6 to 72 inches
must have close vision and depth perception
able to work in conditions with occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold
must operate in a moderate noise level environment

willingness to participate in and successfully complete training
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English

Job Duties

take excellent care of customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations
follow correct bagging procedures
provide carryout and parcel pickup service
load merchandise into customer vehicles
return shopping carts into the store
participate in and complete required training
work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
