Job Requirements

associates must be at least 16 years of age
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
ability to read and write basic English
ability to communicate verbally in English
willingness to complete required company training
ability to work in various environmental conditions including exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and extreme cold
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
ability to deal with standardized problem-solving situations
