Job Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED
- Current Lifeguard Certification including First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Demonstrated swimming abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to be punctual and maintain attendance
- Ability to recognize patrons in danger
Job Qualifications
- Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED
- Current Lifeguard Certification including First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Proven swimming abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety of customers by visually scanning the facility
- Perform in-water rescues and assist patrons in distress
- Provide first aid and emergency care as required
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver high-quality customer service
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties for a safe environment
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines
