Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and smell
Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and reach heights from 6 to 72 inches
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Willingness to participate in training programs
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers

Job Duties

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations
Follow correct bagging procedures
Provide carryout and parcel pickup services
Load merchandise into customer vehicles
Return shopping carts to the store
Participate in required training programs
Work cooperatively with team members to increase customer satisfaction and sales
