Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- must complete new hire orientation, customer service, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge training
- physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch occasionally
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capability to handle occasional exposure to wet, humid conditions and moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic proficiency in reading and writing English
- ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- willingness to complete company training programs
- ability to follow instructions and work well with others
Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures to ensure product safety
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service efficiently
- load merchandise into customer vehicles with care
- return shopping carts into the store to maintain tidiness
- participate in required training to improve skills and knowledge
- collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
