Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- able to stand and walk regularly during shifts
- able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- able to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- able to talk, hear, and smell as needed
- ability to complete company training including orientation, customer service, safety, bagger skills, and product knowledge
- ability to work in conditions that may be wet, humid, or involve exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and extreme cold
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to participate in and complete required training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information to customers and associates who speak English
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
