Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- physical ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform physical tasks as needed
- complete company training including orientation, customer service, safety, bagger skills, and product knowledge
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts into the store
