Job Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Have or be pursuing a high school diploma/GED
- Possess current lifeguard certification including first aid, CPR, and AED
- Demonstrate swimming proficiency
- Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions
- Ability to be punctual and maintain consistent attendance
- Ability to recognize patrons in danger
Job Qualifications
- Current lifeguard certification including first aid, CPR, and AED
- Demonstrated swimming abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent attendance

- High school diploma or pursuing GED
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety of patrons by visually scanning aquatic areas
- Perform water rescues and assist distressed customers
- Provide first aid and emergency care until EMS arrives
- Maintain professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties to maintain facility safety
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
- Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and work rules
