Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Willingness to participate and successfully complete required training
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, smell, occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and reach from 6 to 72 inches
- Ability to work safely around moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to wet, humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and extreme cold
- Capability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations in English
- Ability to perform basic math including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
- Completion of company training including orientation, customer service, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Follow correct bagging procedures to protect merchandise
- Provide carryout and parcel pickup services
- Load merchandise into customer vehicles
- Return shopping carts to designated store areas
- Participate in required training including customer service and safety
- Apply common sense to follow detailed written or oral instructions
