Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands regularly
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- ability to read and write in English
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to participate in required training
- ability to handle exposure to wet, humid, or varying environmental conditions
- ability to follow instructions and apply commonsense understanding
- completion of company training courses

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information to customers and associates

Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts into the store
- participate in required training
- maintain a safe and organized work environment
