- Availability to work part-time with flexible scheduling

Job Duties
- Establishes good relationships with colleagues and effectively communicates with their leader
- Upholds the privacy and confidentiality of records and information under their control
- Responsibilities outside of typical job scope
- Manages end-to-end customer transactions, tidies up the store premises, restocks merchandise on shelves, and presents a well-maintained image of the merchandise
- Provides top-notch customer service to facilitate their shopping experience
- Keeps supervisory staff informed of any issues regarding products, inventory losses, scanning discrepancies, and other concerns that may affect store performance
- Actively participates in the store inventory counting process by adhering to the recommended guidelines and verifying inventory precision
- Carefully follows cash policies and procedures to avoid financial losses
- Maintains a steady flow of fresh products by regularly stocking and rotating items on display shelves
- Follows established merchandising planogram to create exemplary product exhibits
- Categorizes fresh supplies and breaks down empty boxes
- Safely operates machinery such as floor scrubbers, cardboard balers, and hand jacks
- Performs various physical activities like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking
- Transports commodities from store receiving to shelving
- Arranges items weighing up to 45 pounds on different shelving levels
