Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand and walk regularly
- capability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- ability to work in a team environment and contribute to customer satisfaction
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to handle occasional exposure to wet, humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
Job Duties
