Job Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods

Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred
excellent communication and people skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy
dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
comfortable handling cash and learning point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

Greet every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality
operate the register and handle all transactions accurately
assist customers with questions, bagging, and locating products
maintain a clean, organized checkout area and follow all sanitation standards
process returns and exchanges with professionalism and care
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store flow and exceptional service
follow cash-handling policies and ensure register accuracy at all times
represent the Sara’s brand with pride, passion, and professionalism
