Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk and hear
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to see close vision and depth perception
- Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
- Ability to work in environments that may be wet or humid and occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts or airborne particles
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
- Basic mathematical ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- Successful completion of company training programs
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Follow correct bagging procedures
- Provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- Load merchandise into customer vehicles
