Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch occasionally
- ability to work in wet or humid conditions
- ability to tolerate exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold
- ability to complete company training including orientation, customer service, safety, bagging skills, and product knowledge

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions

Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts into the store
- participate in and complete required training
- work collaboratively with team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
