Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to work in conditions with occasional exposure to humidity, moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and extreme cold
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in required training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
- ability to follow detailed but clear instructions
- ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds
Job Duties
- take excellent care of our customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts into the store
- participate in and successfully complete required training
- assist customers through clear communication
