Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- willingness to participate in required training
- able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, hear and smell regularly
- ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch occasionally
- close vision and depth perception
- able to work in environments with occasional exposure to wet conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and extreme cold
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables
- completion of company training including orientation and customer service network
Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts into the store
- participate in and complete required training to increase customer satisfaction
- work with the team to improve sales
