Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- demonstrate ability to read and understand simple instructions in English
- have basic math skills
- be physically capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds
- be willing to participate in all required company training
- stand and walk for extended periods
- be able to reach with hands and arms
- have good vision including close vision and depth perception
- able to work in environments with occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts
- able to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts to the store
- complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
