Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk, hear, and smell as needed
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
- Willingness to participate in and complete the company’s training programs
- Ability to work in conditions including wet or humid environments, exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying each customer’s needs
- Exceed customer expectations to make every shopping visit pleasant and satisfying
- Follow correct bagging procedures
- Provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- Load merchandise into customer vehicles
- Return shopping carts into the store
- Participate in and successfully complete required training
