Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- completion of company training including orientation, customer service, safety, and product knowledge
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 pounds, and reach up to 72 inches
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- good vision including close vision and depth perception
- ability to work in environments with moderate noise and occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and extreme cold
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to follow instructions and solve basic problems
Job Qualifications
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in training
- experience working with customers preferred
Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts into the store
- participate in and successfully complete required training
- maintain safety and cleanliness standards
