Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
- ability to hear, speak, and smell
- ability to work in environments with occasional exposure to moisture, noise, mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and cold conditions
- willingness to participate in and complete company training including orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions and work within a team
- willingness to complete required training
- basic math skills including ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers
- ability to read and write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings

Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying each customer’s needs and exceeding their expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout service to customers
- offer parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
