Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- ability to work in environments including wet, humid, and moderately noisy conditions
- ability to handle exposure to fumes or airborne particles occasionally
- completion of company training including orientation, customer service, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small groups
- basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- willingness to participate in required training
