Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear regularly
- capability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- vision abilities including close vision and depth perception
- willingness to work in environments occasionally exposed to wet, humid conditions, mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and extreme cold
- willingness to participate in all required trainings
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and write simple instructions in English
- basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
- ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group situations
- successful completion of company training programs
Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts to the store
- participate in required training
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
