Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and smell
- Ability to occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds and reach from 6 to 72 inches
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- Ability to follow written or oral instructions
- Willingness to participate in required training
- Physical capability to work in environments exposed to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Follow correct bagging procedures
- Provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- Load merchandise into customer vehicles
- Return shopping carts into the store
- Participate in and successfully complete required training
- Work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
